Really ?

Would you recognise any one of us ?

What if I came up to you and intrroduced myself to you when you were
chatting with a group of your R/L friends.
"Hi", i'd say
"I'm Ms Leebee from that internet chat group you frequent. Well, i'm here,
how are you ?"

And your R/L friends would disperse, looking at you distastefully.
An 'internet chat group' ? .... why, that's dirty porn talk with married
American men posing as teen girls.

And i'd feel shamed, unloved, and wishing i'd gone to see a mainstream
movie, alone, in the dark, in nowhereland.

The End.

You haven't met many theatre people, have you!?

Stephen's? Yeah, he can be a bit strange at times.
He doesnt like being beaten by logic and facts, so he has a hissy fit
every now and then, but otherwise, he's bearable.

:)

Hmm... I suppose you *could* take that interpretation from the song...

Generally though, he is played by an actor with 2 eyes.

For me I don't think anything will surpass the recent Opera Australia
production of this show. However there is precious little Sondheim
performed anywhere so I hope this gets the support. Having said that, being
in the first few rows of a show in which knives and guns are flung around on
FRIDAY 13TH doesn't seem a particularly sensible idea...

Well... there's only one gun... it is relatively unlikely to shoot anyone in
the audience... and the razors can only kill from close range. Really,
you're probably pretty safe.

Disclaimer: enter theatre at own risk

Relatively unlikely! Phew, that's a relief.
